- Position Level: Member level
- Report to: Japanese Director (Male; 37s)
- Manage to Analyzing Department
- Mission:
Research and analyze new business opportunities (invest new buildings, manage apartments, etc)
Discussing with Headquarter in Japan
Produce clear summaries to enable decision making
Articulate marketing material such as teasers, presentations and teasers as required for transactions
Design, amend and update models for transactions and other business needs
- Working Time: 9:00-18:00 (Monday - Saturday) (5 days)
- Monthly Salary: 1,000-2,000USD

- Essential Requirements:
Qualifications: College / Bachelor degree in business, economics, finance, accounting and related area majors (Must)
Language skills: English Business level
Experience of analyst in real estate /development company (with property business regulation, government requirements, cash flow development), (2 years / Member level / Real estate industry)
Financing business background / understanding
Capable to work on financing modeling such as Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) analysis
Good Excel, Words, Power Point usage capability
Good English communicator both in writing and verbally (No Japanese capability requirement)
Able to travel for business trips
