Mô tả công việc
1. Propose appropriate investment strategies/ directions for the company to the General Director;
2. Search for potential investment opportunities that are in line with the Company's investment strategies; Propose negotiation plans with potential investee companies to the General Director;
3. Analyze investment opportunities, evaluate companies and make reports to the General Director regarding investment opportunities, recommend buying or selling securities / investment opportunities to the General Director for approval.
4. Manage the Company's portfolio to ensure that the objectives are achieved; Regularly propose the portfolio rebalancing and reconstitution to the General Director, propose exit alternatives for the Company's investments and collect/ write off under-performed investments; Suggest asset allocation to optimize the portfolio to the General Director.
5. Evaluate/ Feedback on investment proposals from Investment Manager or portfolio allocation proposals from Portfolio Manager;
6. Prepare reports on asset value and reports on quarterly/ annual investment performances according to requests from the General Director.
7. Prepare reports on dividend cash-flows, investment cash-flows, arrange for investment funding including negotiation with securities companies, banks and other parties to acquire loans.
8. Support the General Director in managing investments in affiliate companies, associated companies, investments that the General Director joint-invested and co-operated with other parties (direct investments that has direct participation in business execution).
Yêu cầu
1. Master degree in finance/ investment;
2. Intensive knowledge in accounting, finance, macroeconomics, financial markets, securities transactions, securities investments.
3. At least 03 years working experience at the position of a Head of Investment department or Head of portfolio management department.
4. Competence in analyzing and evaluating securities and managing investment portfolio.
5. Passion, discipline and ability to work under pressure from investment/ portfolio management job.
6. Ability to work independently; Excellent presentation and communication skills.
