Mô tả công việc
• Evaluate investment portfolios depending on selling price, market supply & demand, payment method, and develop schedule; (essential, excellent Excel skills required);
• Land evaluate and analyze, organize the legal document and follow the procedure;
• Evaluate & follow up after investment;
• Other tasks as required.
Yêu cầu
• 1 - 2 years of working experience; expect working as an investment at a start-up company to have the opportunity to be rubbed with reality and study.
• Bachelor's degree in Financial or Urban Planning/ Architecture/ Civil Engineering is the preferred background with excellent academic credentials;
• Good communication in English;
• Strong valuation skills, quick adaptation ability, and strong negotiation skills;
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, multi-tasking and work under high pressure;
