I. GENERAL INFORMATION
Position: Investment Manager
Department: Investment
Reports to: CIO
Working Location: Ho Chi Minh City
II. JOB PURPOSE
Responsible for sourcing and evaluating investment opportunities, effectively managing the investment portfolio, investment budget, and financial performance. At the same time, develop and maintain relationships with strategic partners, investors, and banks to optimize funding sources and investment opportunities for the company.
III. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Investment Sourcing & Development
- Search, research, and propose new investment opportunities aligned with the company's development strategy.
- Collect and analyze market information, industry trends, and financial data to support investment activities.
- Proactively build relationships with developers, partners, investment funds, banks, and financial institutions.
2. Investment Evaluation & Appraisal
- Conduct financial analysis, evaluate investment performance, cash flow, profitability, and project/investment risks.
- Prepare investment reports, financial models, and investment proposals for Management's review.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of investments after implementation.
3. Portfolio & Investment Budget Management
- Monitor, manage, and update the company's investment portfolio.
- Manage investment budgets, control costs, and optimize capital utilization efficiency.
- Analyze the performance of each investment and propose solutions to optimize the investment portfolio.
4. Partnership & Capital Raising
- Build and maintain relationships with banks, investors, investment funds, and strategic partners.
- Participate in negotiating investment cooperation terms, project financing, or fundraising activities.
5. Reporting & Other Duties
- Prepare periodic or ad-hoc reports on the progress, performance, and risks of investment activities.
- Propose improvements to investment procedures, portfolio management, and investment risk management.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by Management.

IV. JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Fluent English is mandatory.
- Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Investment, Banking, Economics, or related fields.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in investment, corporate finance, banking, or fund management.
- Experience in investment analysis, project appraisal, and financial modeling.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, investment activities, and capital raising structures.
- Strategic mindset, proactive attitude, and ability to work under high pressure.
V. WORKING TIME & BENEFITS
- Working days: Monday to Friday
- Working hours: 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM
- 100% salary during probation period
- 13th-month salary & year-end bonus subject to business performance and BOD decision
