POSITION OVERVIEW: Investment team supports commercial and residential developers, investors, and occupiers of properties in Vietnam. Advisory services include financing, acquisition, and disposal of properties.
INTERNS' DUTIES:
Prepare marketing materials: investment flyers, teasers, and memoranda.
Regularly updating the database through email, cold calls, in-person-contact.
Assist the team revising brokerage contracts or cooperation agreements.
Arrange meetings, or site inspections, between vendor and purchaser.
