Mô tả công việc
- Provide hardware and software setup, maintenance, trouble-shooting services and remote support on SML Printing Solution;
- Provide on-site software and printer training for customers;
- Provide technical support (or advice) to customers in FE region;
- Maintain relationship with customers;
- Support testing of R&D projects;
- Travel to SML's South East Asia offices for support.
Yêu cầu
- Diploma in related field (Information Technology or Information System);
- Minimum experience 1 (one) year in the same field (TS);
- resh graduate will also be considered, will provide professional training to the right candidate;
- Good communication skill, outgoing and self-motivated personality is required;
- Good command of both spoken and written English.
