I. Basic Purpose of Position
Plan and adopt the systematic actions that provide confidence that incoming material will satisfy the given requirement for quality, and increase efficiency of controlling suppliers.
Provide activities and techniques that monitor and control quality to meet the planned objectives.
Increase efficiency of the operations and enhance customer satisfactions
II. Major Responsibilities
A. Incoming Quality Control
Set up inspection plan for incoming material, follow up inspection result.
Arrange incoming inspection task with Leader to keep production plan and control IQC inventory.
Collect data of supplier performance for quality.
Coordinate with the purchasing for the supplier quality issue improvement.
B. Continual Improvement:
Review company's processes, identify cost savings opportunities, and implement significant yearly cost reductions.

III. Position Requirement
Minimum 3 year quality engineering experience in related electronics manufacturing environment. Incoming inspection knowledge and experience in PCB, plastic injection manufacturing, metal part is a plus.
Working knowledge on ISO 9001, ISO13485 and AS 9100 is preferred;
Excellent written and spoken command of English and e.g. MS Office competency.
Excellent organizational, analytical, problem solving and facilitation skills.
Strong leadership and team building skills with proven ability to build relationships and gain credibility to effectively lead cross-functional teams.
Self-motivated and self-directed, be able to take initiative with minimal guidance.
