A. Global Network & System Administration
- Multinational Connectivity: Design, implement, and optimize complex network infrastructures, including Site-to-Site VPNs, L2/L3 Switching, Core, VLANs, and enterprise WiFi Roaming across global manufacturing sites.
- Hybrid Email Ecosystem: Administer and synchronize Microsoft 365 (Cloud) and Exchange Server 2019 (On-premise) environments to ensure seamless global communication.
- IoT Infrastructure: Monitor and guarantee stable connectivity and dedicated bandwidth for sensors and end-point devices within production lines.
B. Cybersecurity & Data Privacy
- Multi-layered Defense: Establish rigorous Firewall policies (IPS/IDS), implement Zero Trust architecture, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) strategies.
- Risk Management: Conduct vulnerability scanning, Penetration Testing, and strictly manage access controls for Client Portals and PLM systems.
- Backup Strategy: Enforce the 3-2-1 backup methodology and lead periodic Disaster Recovery (DR) drills to ensure business continuity against threats like Ransomware or outages.
C. Data Center Operations & 24/7 Support
- Data Center Standards: Manage physical infrastructure (HP/IBM Host servers, SAN Storages) and virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper-V) across all sites.
- Service Continuity: Implement a support model to provide 24/7 IT service availability across all time zones, serving users across multiple countries.
- Centralized Monitoring: Utilize enterprise monitoring tools for proactive Incident Management and rapid response to system alerts to ensure high-performance operation of application servers.
D. Client Portal & PLM System Management
- Research & Integration: Proactively evaluate technical requirements for new Client Portals and PLM systems to ensure seamless integration with partner workflows (Shipping, Merchandise).
- Training & Knowledge Transfer: Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and conduct training sessions for internal teams (Production, Logistics) on partner systems.
- Tier 3 Support: Troubleshoot complex technical escalations and coordinate directly with clients' IT teams to maintain uninterrupted service.
E. Strategy, Cost Optimization & Innovation
- Team Management: Direct and mentor the global Helpdesk team, ensuring 24/7 coverage and monitoring KPIs such as First Response Time (FRT) and Mean Time to Resolve (MTTR).
- Asset Lifecycle: Perform regular Performance Tuning, Asset Lifecycle Management (from procurement to decommissioning), and systematic Patch Management.
- Vendor Management: Manage SLAs with ISPs and technology vendors; lead global Security Awareness training for employees.
F. Governance & Strategic Compliance
- IT Compliance: Ensure alignment with international data protection regulations and manage software licensing to mitigate legal and financial risks.
- DRP & BCP: Develop comprehensive Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery plans for critical scenarios (Fire, Outages, Ransomware) and lead global recovery drills.
- Policy & SOP: Standardize IT infrastructure across all factories and enforce global IT policies (Email, Password, BYOD).
Yêu cầu
- 7-10 years in IT, with at least 3-5 years in a management role overseeing multinational infrastructure
- Networking: Proficiency in Cisco, Sophos, UniFi (VLAN, Routing, SD-WAN)
- Fluent in English (Mandatory) for collaborating with the US and Thailand branches.
