Description
The
IT Specialist will be part of the office operations team and the go to person for all things IT & AV related for Vietnam & abroad. They will be responsible for executing on the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of our IT infrastructure, device management, audio visual equipment & tooling, for our growing global team.
Responsibilities
Maintain & improve our office infrastructure, working with vendors for our global offices
Be part of the frontline for our internal helpdesk ticketing process
Maintain & improve our office Audio Visual setup (e.g. prep meeting rooms, presentations, etc)
Provide hands-on & remote technical support to diagnose & resolve issues with company devices & applications
Maintain our system of record for user access controls to applications (Okta etc.)
Evaluate, select, implement, and integrate technology tools that support our business requirements
Manage and enforce our MDM security requirements, working with InfoSec to ensure all compliance requirements are met.
Keeping abreast of new IT products & solutions & providing recommendations for process improvements
Communicate best practices in application use, data & device management
