We are a Vietnam-based e-commerce technology building a platform for sellers to launch and scale cross-border dropshipping stores, think Shopify, but purpose-built for dropshipping. Our ecosystem spans storefront management, supplier integration, automated order fulfillment, and cross-border logistics. We're growing fast and need a BA who can own the product thinking, not just the documentation.

Job Description:
Work closely with stakeholders including BOD and cross-functional teams to gather and clarify requirements.
Build and maintain the product backlog, create User Stories, Use Cases, and other relevant documents.
Analyze, prioritize, and communicate requirements clearly to the development team following the Agile/Scrum process.
Prepare BRD, FRS documents, and detailed product function guides.
Create process flows, wireframes, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications when needed.
Collaborate with stakeholders to adjust and update documents according to changing requirements.
Participate in project meetings (sprint planning, review, retrospective) to ensure requirements are implemented as agreed.
Support the development team during testing, clarify requirements, and coordinate issue resolution.
Monitor, collect, and analyze product data post-deployment to evaluate performance and propose improvements.
Participate in training, share experiences, and mentor junior BA team members.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Economics, or related fields.
Min 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development projects, preferably in eCommerce, Marketplace, or large-scale digital platforms.
Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Hands-on experience in requirement gathering, business analysis, and functional documentation.
Experience with project and documentation management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
Basic understanding of APIs, UI/UX principles, and data analytics concepts.
Strong analytical thinking with the ability to bridge communication between business stakeholders and technical teams.
Ability to understand and write technical documentation in English.
