Mô tả công việc
Requirements Engineering: Elicit, analyze, and document comprehensive business and system requirements (SRS, FRS, PRD) using UML diagrams, user stories, and process flows.
Solution Consultancy: Evaluate business needs to recommend optimal hardware/software solutions, considering system capacity, ROI, and long-term scalability.
Project Leadership Support: Assist the PM and Product Owner in defining UI/UX, mapping Customer Journeys, and managing project backlogs and timelines.
Quality Assurance & Training: Review test results to ensure alignment with requirements and conduct training sessions for internal teams or external clients on new system procedures.
Stakeholder Management: Influence and collaborate with business partners regarding priorities and vendor selection.

Yêu cầu
Experience: 3+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst.
Technical Proficiency: Strong command of UML (Activity, Sequence, and State diagrams) and Relational Entity Diagrams. Experience with SQL and Data Modeling is essential.
Communication: Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written), with the ability to lead technical discussions and coordinate effectively with international partners.
Soft Skills: Data-driven mindset, professional presentation skills, and a "willing-to-learn" attitude.
Education/Domain: Prior experience in Fintech, Insurance, or Insurtech is a significant advantage.
