The Job

We are seeking an experienced Finance/ Loan Business Analyst to join our team and support the analysis, design, and implementation of business solutions, with a particular focus on systems built on or integrated with the Finance platform. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring requirements are clearly defined, documented, and delivered effectively.

• Receive requests for product, process, and feature development or improvement from business units. Analyze requirements and advise the most effective solutions for implementation.
• Collaborate with developers to design solutions for business requirements. Prepare detailed requirement specifications in a format suitable for developers, ensuring clarity and technical feasibility.
• Coordinate with business users and QA/Test teams to validate development outcomes, ensuring solutions meet agreed business requirements.
• Support business units in drafting and issuing user guides and operational manuals for technology products.
• Deliver product and feature training sessions for IT support teams and business users when required.
• Conduct system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) before deployment.
• Train and guide end-users on system functionalities.

Your Skills and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience working as a Business Analyst in finance / banking
• Hands-on knowledge or working experience with the Nucleus solution (or similar core banking (loan)/finance platforms) is required.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Excellent documentation skills, with the ability to clearly define business processes and system requirements.
• Experience with SQL or data analysis tools is a plus.
• Proficient in English
