Phân tích & Quy trình (BA): Làm việc với các phòng ban để hiểu nhu cầu vận hành, đề xuất cải tiến quy trình hoặc tính năng phần mềm nội bộ.Analysis & Process (BA): Work with departments to understand operational needs, propose process improvements or internal software features

Phối hợp với các bộ phận liên quan để hỗ trợ vận hành các hệ thống phần mềm quản lý sản xuất như MES, ERP, WM, HRM app,...Collaborate with relevant departments to support the operation of production management software systems such as MES, ERP, WM, HRM app, etc.
Hỗ trợ kỹ thuật cho người dùng nội bộ khi gặp sự cố về phần mềm, phần cứng và hệ thống mạng.Provide technical support to internal users for issues related to software, hardware, and network systems.
Làm việc với các nhà cung cấp dịch vụ IT khi cần nâng cấp, sửa chữa hoặc triển khai hệ thống mới. Work with IT service providers for system upgrades, maintenance, repairs, or new system implementation.
Tham gia hỗ trợ triển khai các dự án CNTT tại nhà máy. Support the implementation of IT projects within the factory.
