Mô tả công việc
Collect and analyze requirements/ feedbacks from clients, stakeholders and other teams to shape requirements, features and products
Communicate with clients and all the teams for client's requirements understanding
Document functional and business requirements documents: create wireframes, user stories, activity diagrams and use cases.
Communicate with customers to clarify business and support if there are any change requirements from customers.
Communicate with the development team to ensure correct requirement understanding during implementation.
Compose related documents, such as: Release Note, User Manual...

Yêu cầu
Presentation, communication, and technical writing skills, with the ability to convey simple and complex information to technical and non-technical audiences.
Good at logical thinking and analysis skills.
Experience on web application and mobile
Good at English (especially in writing)
Have good skills at: Teamwork, Communication and Presentation.
Priority: Experience with Finance, Banking,...Basic technical knowledge
