Mô tả công việc
o Be a communication bridge between the Vietnam and Japan teams (partner and customers), and the
US teams as needed arise, to ensure every conversation/meeting is effectively conducted
o Support sales, pre-sales, and marketing activities where the Japanese language is used
o Translate documents, requirements, and other corporate and project artifacts
o Work with the
business analyst and understand project requirements and interpret them
comprehensively to the teams when required
o Fast troubleshoot language-based requirements for engineering teams
o Support and review project status reports and other documents before sending out
o Hands-on peer support: can be a test engineer when necessary
Yêu cầu
o Experience in software project management: 3 years or above (Senior)
o Fluent in Japanese (reading/writing/speaking/listening N2 or N1)
o Experience working in an office environment within a Japanese company.
o Experience or knowledge of software systems, having experience in software design or requirements
o Experience in SRC code management tools such as git, and SVN; Task management tools like
Redmine, Jira, Backlog, Odoo
o Experience working with EC, ERP, CRM, MKT, and human resources.
o Good communication skills, strong logical thinking, quick problem-solving ability, and a
responsible attitude towards work.
o Understanding of Japanese culture and working style to help the team maintain good
relationships with clients.
