Mô tả công việc
- Pro-actively monitor and resolve production issues: you will troubleshoot and resolve production issues such as performance, optimization, fail-over and recovery. You also will help install new databases, migrate database schema and data, as well as take part in capacity planning. Additionally, we need you to monitor various database-related metrics, take notice of any negative trends and take actions before they become production problems.
- Implement high availability and disaster recovery solutions: as a fin-tech company, data is one of our most important assets. You will help us ensure that we'll never loss our transactional data, as well as make our databases always available for both transactional and analytical processing.
- Design and implement scalable databases: you will work closely with development teams to design efficient database schema across multiple technology such as PostgreSQL, MySQL and MongoDB. You will also help us design, develop and maintain our data-warehouse. Additionally, you will play a key part in implementing flexible and reliable analytical data processing pipeline.

** JOB REQUIREMENTS:
1. Basic requirements:
• Language: Proficient in English.
2. Qualification:
• Education qualification: University degree or above.
• Qualification:
- Must have experience in high availability solutions for SQL systems.
- Understanding of PostgreSQL systems is a plus
- Nice to have familiarity with MongoDB
• Experience:
- 3+ years of experience as database administrator.
- Extensive experience in replication, backup, monitoring and tuning for SQL systems is a must.
- Experience with monitoring and alerting system such as Nagios, New Relic.
- Expertise in Linux-based system such as Ubuntu, Debian, RHEL, CentOS.
- Experience with DevOps practices is a plus.
• Skill:
- Able to communicate fluently in English both spoken and written.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build relationships at all levels and good influencing skills.
- Networking skill and being able to build a meaningful partner network.
• Attitude: Be honest, proactive, enthusiastic at work and able to work under pressure.
