IT Executive

1. Manage, monitor and operate IT system:
- Network system, include: Wifi and wired network with SD-WAN VMware VeloCloud, Ruckus, Cisco & Meraki devices at Company Office and the Mall
- M365 email system.
- Server: Domain Controller, File server, Backup Exec Server, Printer server, Cloud-based servers etc.
- The other system: PABX.
2. Support on other IT issues:
- The CCTV, BMS, Fire Alarm, People Counting, Access Control, Parking and other systems to operate the Mall.
- TMS system. Include: work with foreign vendor on technical issues of the TMS system and assist SCVC's tenants on the TMS portal.
- CRM system. Include: work with foreign vendor on technical issues of CRM system.
- Fingerprint machine/reader.
- Participate and support new projects if required from Company management.
3. Site - local IT Support:
Work with IT Head Office to manage, monitor and operate IT system at Company Office. Submit IT reports as required.
Support end users on SAP system, eApproval issues cooperated with IT Head Office instructions.
4. Helpdesk:
Support end users on IT software and hardware issues.
5. Manage IT equipments:
Laptop, desktop, projector, printer, server hardware, software, switch, Router, Firewall, Wifi Controller, AP, PABX, Desk Phone etc.
Plan to purchase and replace the IT equipments every year.
6. Work with IT service vendors:
To operate the IT services such as: Internet service, maintenance service, email M365, website hosting, Wifi Marketing, print & scan etc.
7. Suggest and compose IT SOPs, IT process.
8. Follow up and renew the contracts of IT services, licenses, domain name etc.
9. Prepare annual IT budget.
10. Support to organize internal events: such as: employee conference, monthly birthday party, year-end party on designing and creating videos and cards.
