Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for an IT Infrastructure & Support Engineer (Manufacturing, $1150, ID 20048)
Manage, maintain, and develop IT infrastructure (servers, client devices, mobile devices)
Deploy and administer network systems (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi, patch panels, internet connectivity, IoT systems)
Administer enterprise applications such as Microsoft 365, SQL, and ERP systems
Install and configure hardware, software, and IT equipment (PCs, printers, phones, network devices)
Provide first-level support and troubleshoot issues related to systems, devices, and peripherals
Manage user accounts and software licenses
Ensure IT security (access control, backups, system protection)
Monitor system performance and maintain daily IT operations
Coordinate with external vendors and support local IT-related issues
Requirement
Gender: Male, Age: 25-35 years old
Graduate from University, major in IT field
Have 3-5 years in a similar position within a manufacturing environment.
Good at English
