About BARTELS: BARTELS is a high-volume brunch café chain with 15 outlets across Ho Chi Minh City, Bangkok and Phuket.
We are expanding our operations and are looking for an IT generalist who enjoys variety and can support a wide range of technical responsibilities. You should be comfortable with coding, APIs, learning new stacks and tools, hardware and software troubleshooting, and infrastructure planning as our organisation grows.
Job responsibilities:
Hardware & Infrastructure: Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware devices (printers, routers, switches, cabling, POS terminals, etc.). Our ecosystem utilizes Apple, UniFi, and Epson products.
Systems & Software: Hands-on involvement in implementing and managing POS (Point of Sale) and MDM (Mobile Device Management) systems in close collaboration with our CTO.
Development & Integration: Handle light coding, work with APIs, and explore new tools to optimize store and office operations.
IT Support: Provide day-to-day technical assistance to office staff and store teams, ensuring uninterrupted operations across all branches.
Planning & Innovation: Investigate technical issues independently, propose workable solutions, and actively explore new technologies (including practical AI applications).

1. Technical Skills:
Solid understanding of standard web development technologies (JavaScript or equivalent frameworks).
Practical knowledge of network hardware and infrastructure (Routers, Switches, UniFi Wi-Fi, Epson printers, etc.).
Light knowledge of APIs is a plus (not mandatory).
Healthy interest in AI and eagerness to learn new tech stacks.
2. Mindset & Personal Traits:
English Proficiency: Basic spoken and written English. You will interact with international team members and report directly to the Director of Vietnam (Danish).
Solution-Oriented: Proactive in researching issues and presenting clear options and recommendations rather than just identifying problems.
Preferred Experience: Ideal for young professionals (under 25 years old) seeking a 1st or 2nd job with strong growth potential. (More experienced candidates are also welcome to apply).
Team Spirit: Positive, service-minded attitude with an interest in working within an international team culture.

Salary Range: 10,000,000 VND - 12,500,000 VND / month (Negotiable based on capacity and experience).
Bonuses: TET bonus and performance-based salary reviews.

Work Environment: 100% international work setting reporting to Danish management. Young, energetic, and fast-paced culture. Travel opportunities to international markets (15-30 travel days per year).
