About this position
Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated IT Helpdesk to join our team in Ho Chi Minh City. In this role, your main responsibilities are to provide end-user support and deliver training on IT documents, procedures, and policies, ensuring smooth daily operations and compliance with the company's IT standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day end-user support for hardware, software, and Microsoft 365.
- Handle onboarding and offboarding (device setup, account provisioning).
- Install, configure, and upgrade hardware and software for employees.
- Assist in managing user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
- Assist in the procurement and inventory management of IT equipment and supplies.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as system backups, patch management, and software updates.
- Ensure compliance with company IT policies, including data security and access control.
- Stay up to date with the latest technology trends and developments relevant to the company's IT environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in information technology or relevant majors
- 0-1 year of IT-related work experience (IT Helpdesk/IT Support/System Admin)
- Knowledge of IT operating systems, mainly Windows (Linux knowledge is an advantage)
- Experience in network management and help desk support
- A person with smooth communication skills
- Proficiency in English
- Responsible, proactive, and trustworthy
