Job description:
• Support/troubleshoot for end-user about using IT software/hardware/system
• Make IT document (SOP, Form, Policy, training,...)
• Manage computers, IT common/shared assets and license
• Other tasks from manager
Yêu cầu
• University graduation of Information Technology major
• Communicate in English is a must.
• Experience about Windows, Office365, Printer/Fax, Telephone, Network and computer hardware is preferred
• Logical thinking, dynamic & innovative
• Having high responsibilities.
• Good teamwork abilities, working independently and can work under high pressure.
