VIN NEXUS CENTER - A HOLISTIC EDUCATION MODEL DESIGNED FOR CHILDREN WITH SPECIAL EDUCATIONAL NEEDS
Vin Nexus Center is a non-profit special education school model invested in and developed by Vingroup in collaboration with the Vinschool Education System, established to respond to the growing and underserved needs of children with special educational needs in Vietnam. We provide a safe, compassionate, and purpose-built educational environment where every learner is supported through early identification, multidisciplinary assessment, evidence-based intervention, and personalised learning pathways. Our approach is designed to remove barriers to education and expand equitable opportunities for children and families.
Vin Nexus Center is expected to launch its first campus in September 2026 at Vinhomes Ocean Park 3, Hung Yen.
Work location: Vinhomes Ocean Park 3, Van Giang, Hung Yen.
I. JOB DESCRIPTION
Provide IT support for pupils, teachers and staff;
Install and configure hardware and software for computers, mobile phones, and Internet connection for end users;
Install, connect and configure the peripheral devices (i.e. printers, scanners, phones, etc.);
Provide support in operation of common devices;
Set up video devices and sound connection for conferences, printers/scanners;
Draw up plans and cooperation with related departments in the operations and maintenance of IT devices and rack systems;
Install/setup the configuration (of hardware/software), maintenance and replacement of Wifi switch/router and other Internet devices;
Provide support and coordinate with related departments to handle any incidents informed by the users or identified during the monitoring and maintenance process.
II. REQUIREMENTS
At least two years of experience working in PC support, solving incidents, installing/managing the servers and configuring/maintaining the network;
Have expertise in dealing with incidents about computers, network, systems, and applications;
Have good thinking self-learning abilities to learn new technologies;
Have the ability to draw up work plans, manage tasks and monitor the services of the providers.
Experience in managing and supporting email systems such as Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace (user account creation, troubleshooting, permission handling);
Ability to investigate and troubleshoot network-related issues (WiFi, LAN, router/switch connectivity, Internet access problems);
Experience in troubleshooting system and application issues, including identifying root causes and coordinating with relevant teams for resolution;
Ability to handle multiple incidents/tasks simultaneously and prioritize based on urgency and impact;
Proactive mindset in monitoring, reporting, and improving IT systems to prevent recurring issues;
Good English skill is an advantage.
