The Job

Develop, integrate, and manage CI/CD pipelines for all systems, ensuring smooth and efficient deployment.
Review, analyze, and implement security policies for existing services to ensure compliance and protect against vulnerabilities.
Upgrade, back up, and scale the network topology for both Head Office (HO) and branch locations.
Provide daily support to users, handle help-desk inquiries, and troubleshoot IT issues.
Monitor system resources, detect vulnerabilities, ensure load balancing, and maintain a secure system environment.
Research, evaluate, and integrate new technological solutions into existing systems for continuous improvement.
Possess strong knowledge of networking, security protocols, system administration, and database management.
Take responsibility for the implementation and completion of all assigned tasks and responsibilities.
Address and resolve any arising issues within the assigned scope of work.

Your Skills and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred)
At least 8+ years experience with monitoring and optimizing system resources, load balancing, and ensuring network scalability.
Proven experience in Docker development and CI/CD pipeline integration.
Strong background in network infrastructure, security, and system administration.
In-depth understanding of system vulnerabilities and the implementation of security policies.
Solid experience in troubleshooting IT issues, providing support, and managing help-desk requests.
Familiarity with database management and best practices for backup and disaster recovery.
Ability to research and apply new technological solutions to improve existing systems.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments.
