Mô tả công việc

1. IT Strategy & Project Management
Develop and execute the IT roadmap to support business growth.
Lead digital transformation projects, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Manage IT budgets, evaluate vendor solutions, and optimize IT investments.
Apply Agile/Project Management methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) for efficient execution.
2. Business Intelligence & Data Analytics
Design and implement real-time dashboards for sales, operations, and finance.
Utilize BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio) to track business KPIs.
Develop predictive analytics models for demand forecasting and customer insights.
Ensure data integrity and improve reporting automation across departments.
3. E-commerce IT & Digital Platforms
Oversee E-commerce technology stack, ensuring smooth operations of websites, mobile apps, and marketplaces.
Manage and optimize E-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, etc.).
Ensure seamless integration between E-commerce, ERP, CRM, POS, and payment gateways.
Work closely with marketing teams to implement personalization, AI-driven recommendations, and automation.
Optimize website performance, SEO, and conversion rate through technical improvements.
4. ERP & Operational Process Improvement
Lead the implementation and optimization of ERP systems (SAP, Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle).
Ensure seamless integration between ERP, POS, CRM, WMS, and accounting systems.
Work with stakeholders to map and optimize end-to-end business processes.
Automate workflows to reduce manual tasks and improve operational efficiency.
5. Technology Infrastructure & Security
Oversee IT infrastructure, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
Implement cloud-based solutions (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for business continuity.
Ensure cybersecurity compliance and data protection best practices.
Support POS systems, payment gateways, and e-commerce platforms for seamless transactions.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Support
Act as a bridge between business, operations, and technology teams.
Provide IT support for store operations, warehouses, and corporate offices.
Train and guide teams on new technology adoption and best practices.

Yêu cầu

Education & Experience:
Typically requires 5-7 years of experience in E-commerce, Retail, or F&B IT Operations
At least 5 years of experience in software development and at least 2 years in a Tech Lead or Team Lead role
Technical & Professional Skills:
Strong knowledge of ERP, BI tools, and data analytics.
Proven experience in IT project management & digital transformation.
Hands-on experience with dashboard development & automation.
Solid understanding of supply chain, inventory, and POS systems.
Familiar with cloud computing (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cybersecurity.Soft skills
Leadership skills: Ability to manage, mentor, and inspire a technical team.
Strong communication skills to collaborate with other departments.
Problem-solving skills: Ability to quickly and effectively analyze and resolve complex technical issues.
Language skills: Proficiency in English (reading technical documents and communicating with international partners).
