KDDI Vietnam is the Vietnam branch of KDDI, the second largest telecommunications company in Japan, and aims to contribute to industrial development in Vietnam through the development of telecommunications and IT infrastructure for private companies and support for public projects.
KDDI Vietnam has more than 20 years of business history in Vietnam and has extensive experience in supporting Japanese companies mainly in the industrial sector.
Most of our clients are Japanese companies, but we also have clients from Korea and other nationalities, Vietnamese domestic companies, and the government. And we have branch offices in various countries in Southeast Asia, and we utilize these networks to support our clients' global expansion.
Role Overview
We are looking for an IT Maintenance Engineer who will be responsible for the daily operation, maintenance, and support of customer IT systems.
This position focuses on stable operations, incident response, and customer satisfaction, working as part of the Maintenance team.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day IT maintenance and operational support for customers
Perform regular system monitoring, maintenance, and updates
Respond to incidents and technical issues in a timely manner
Troubleshoot problems related to:
Network and security systems
Servers, virtualization, and cloud services
Endpoint devices (PCs, printers, CCTV, access control)
Escalate complex issues and work with senior engineers or vendors
Prepare operation logs, incident reports, and technical documentation
Follow defined maintenance procedures and operational rules
Yêu cầu
Requirements
At least 2 years of experience in the IT field
Basic understanding of:
Routing & Switching, Wireless, Firewall
Active Directory, Microsoft 365
Microsoft Hyper-V or VMware
Experience or interest in IT maintenance and operations
Good troubleshooting and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and follow procedures
University or college graduate
Basic to good English communication
IT certifications are an advantage
Reliable, motivated, willing to learn, good teamwork skills
Age: 22-35 years old
