This role combines strategic technology leadership with hands-on responsibility for infrastructure, ERP systems, cybersecurity, and digital transformation initiatives.
Description
As an IT Manager, your main responsibilities will include:
Managing and maintaining IT infrastructure and systems to ensure smooth operations.Developing and implementing IT policies and procedures.Overseeing software and hardware upgrades to enhance efficiency.Ensuring data security and compliance with regulations.Providing technical support and troubleshooting for end users.Coordinating with other departments to align IT strategies with business goals.Managing IT budgets and vendor relationships effectively.Leading a team of IT professionals to achieve departmental objectives.
Profile
Key responsibilities include:
Develop and execute the IT strategy aligned with business goals.Lead daily IT operations, infrastructure, networks, servers, and end-user support.Ensure high system availability, performance, and security.Oversee ERP administration, enhancement, and optimization initiatives.Drive cybersecurity, risk management, business continuity, and disaster recovery planning.Manage IT projects from planning through implementation and post-go-live support.Lead and develop the IT team while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, procurement, and service delivery.Partner with stakeholders across functions to identify and implement technology solutions.Ensure compliance with relevant IT governance, audit, and regulatory requirements.Evaluate emerging technologies and support digital transformation initiatives.
