Support in IT workplace management (e. g. Windows, Office applications, Microsoft365, iOS/MDM, Computers, Servers, Network and Peripherals).
Drives IT projects (Infra and applications) in Vietnam and in the region APAC.
Day to day management of project resources (internal / external, international, and cross-functional) to achieve project deliverables/outcomes.
Works closely with System Integrators, and Vendor organizations to deliver projects and run IT operations.
Monitors, reports, reviews and escalate on service performance and alignment with agreed service contracts.
Adapt and implement global IT processes for the local organization, define and implement local IT processes where needed.
Collaborates with Regional Head of Infrastructure & Service operations and Head of Solution Delivery to implement global standards.
Supervises and controls ongoing day-to-day IT operations and provide IT support to end users.

Experience in delivering solutions via Microsoft collaboration and cloud technologies (e. g. SharePoint, Office365, OneDrive for Business).
· Have thorough knowledge on Windows and servers operating System and tools (Windows 10)
Passionate about new technologies, with an interest and the ability to act as multiplier and coach towards non-IT user groups.
Strong stakeholder management capabilities and strategic mindset to advise and manage internal and external partners.
Experience in project delivery for infrastructure/network solutions in Vietnam and across the region APAC.
You have expert know-how in project management (preferably certified (PMI, or Prince2 or Agile).
Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
Knowledge and Skills Requirements:

Credentials and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree of IT or business discipline, or background in technology environment delivering IT solution and driving service operations. Minimum 4-5 years' of relevant IT experience.
PMP/ Price2/ Agile certified
