IT Manager (Infrastructure,ID19531) wanted for a Foreign-invested company! $1200$/ month salary + opportunities to grow!
Manage the full IT infrastructure (servers, networks, storage, cloud, end-user devices) to ensure performance, stability, and scalability.
Oversee cybersecurity, backups, and disaster recovery, ensuring compliance with GDPR and Vietnam PDP Law.
Serve as the escalation point for infrastructure incidents and resolve high-level issues.
Implement global IT standards and projects in coordination with corporate IT teams.
Manage local vendors and service providers (telecom, hardware, IT services).
Plan and execute infrastructure projects (upgrades, migrations, security enhancements).
Collaborate with the IT ERP Manager to ensure the infrastructure supports ERP performance, security, and integration.
Oversee IT operations and budgeting (CAPEX/OPEX), helpdesk performance, SLA compliance, and reporting to senior management.
Yêu cầu
Male, under 45 years old
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Computer Networking
3 years in IT Infrastructure at an FDI company,handled IT help desk support for around 130 users
Good at English
Solid knowledge of core IT infrastructure topics: Active Directory, Azure AD, DHCP, DNS, and networking
Experience with software deployment and endpoint management tools (e.g., Microsoft SCCM or equivalent)
Knowledge of Veritas NetBackup
Basic understanding of storage systems and virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware vSphere or equivalent)
