About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our growing operations team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or early-career professionals seeking to build a career in supply chain, logistics, and cross-border operations within an international environment.

Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of working experience

Degree in Business, IT, or a related field

English proficiency at IELTS 6.5 or equivalent - mandatory, as the team operates in a fully international environment

Strong English communication skills in both spoken and written form

Proactive, detail-oriented, and a fast learner

Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team

Salary: VND 12,000,000 gross per month, fully paid from the first month of joining

13th-month salary and annual performance review with bonus

15 days of annual leave

Compulsory Social Insurance and Health Insurance based on offered salary
