* PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
We are looking for an experienced IT Manager to oversee the company's IT infrastructure, information security, outsourced software projects, and digital platform operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth system performance, driving digital transformation, and delivering an excellent user experience for both internal staff and external clients.
* KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- IT Systems & Server Management: Operate and monitor servers, databases, networks, and backups to ensure stability and availability.
- Information Security: Implement and oversee data security policies, monitor threats, and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
- Software Project Management: Manage outsourced software projects (LMS, CRM, HRM, etc.), from requirement gathering to UAT, deployment, and vendor management.
- Internal
IT Support: Ensure IT team members can provide timely support for staff, classrooms, and digital tools (email, office apps, Zoom/Teams, etc.).
- Digital Platform Management:
+ Ensure smooth operation, performance, and security of the platform.
+ Act as the first point of contact for user/client queries, provide support, and escalate technical issues when needed.
+ Monitor platform uptime and resolve bugs promptly.
+ Collect and analyze user feedback to improve platform functionality and user experience.
+ Support
Business Development in setting up test/production environments and advising on platform features.
- Budget & Team Management: Plan IT budgets, manage vendors, and lead the IT team
- Working location: Hoàng Đạo Thúy, Hà Nội
- Working time: Mondays - Fridays, work on weekend upon request

- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years in a managerial role.
- Experience in both IT infrastructure/system administration and digital platform/product management.
- Strong knowledge of system administration (Windows/Linux servers, databases, backup & recovery).
- Solid understanding of information security & cybersecurity.
- Proven experience managing outsourced software project management.
- Hands-on experience with digital platforms: monitoring uptime, addressing technical issues, ensuring security.
- Understanding of UX principles and ability to work with cross-functional teams (development, business, academic) to improve user experience.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud is a plus).
- Strong communication, cross-functional collaboration, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication skills for liaising between end-users, internal teams, and vendors.
- Capable of handling client/user queries in a service-oriented, professional manner.
- English: ability to read technical documents and communicate with line manager and foreign vendors.
