We are looking for a hands-on IT Manager who can both set the technology direction for the company and stay close to execution - including leading our ongoing ERP/MES rollout from the ground up - ensuring our IT systems and infrastructure reliably support the business as it scales across our head office and factories.
- Coordinate and oversee the activities of the IT Team.
- Ensure the company's IT infrastructure operates smoothly, efficiently, and securely.
- Develop and implement the company's technology strategy.
- Supervise and drive execution of the company's technology projects.
- Manage and monitor information systems to ensure uninterrupted operation in accordance with SLAs.
- Recommend software applications suited to business operations; oversee user training and manage the effective use of these applications to support business performance.
- Develop the IT operating budget and manage its utilization, ensuring all activities are carried out within the approved budget.
- Other duties as assigned by the BOD.
