Mô tả công việc
Manage the deployment, maintenance, and upgrade of networks, servers, desktop PC, hardware, software, operating systems, printers and all other IT equipment and services, to make sure that entire IT system function properly
Liaise with the suppliers and building management to ensure the IT infrastructure are maintained in good quality
Deal with suppliers for new purchases, make sure that only the best available hardware and/or goods are purchased at the most competitive rates (in liaison with the Atlas finance department)
Deal with CADS Supplier for purchase and licensing matters, make sure 100% software licensing compliance at any times
Ensure all IT invoices are paid in due date
Prevent, detect and handle IT incidents when incurred.
Be in charge of IT accounts in all systems
Produce all the relevant reports regularly and when requested
Produce and make sure all full documentation of all IT policies, procedures and guidelines are followed
Recording of any faulty IT equipment discovered
Produce, remain updated and follow "Disaster & Recovery Plan"
Conduct or get involved in all relating regular/irregular audit process, including preparation of necessary document
Give training/coaching for IT subordinates
Conduct training for non-IT staff on relevant scopes
Yêu cầu
This position requires a minimum of 10 years of IT networks
Both PC & file server builds, configuration, Windows update control, RAID configuration, data backup/testing and troubleshooting knowledge will be required. BIM & collaboration server knowledge can be gained from on hands experience and aid from the IT team
Good knowledge of standard office based software: Microsoft & Adobe products etc. Installation knowledge of CAD & BIM software can be gained from on hands experience and aid from the IT team
Good all round level of IT knowledge: Windows operations systems, both PC & server; networking LAN/ WAN, printers etc
Fluent English in communication with expatriates
Able to study English document
