Mô tả công việc
- The MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) specialist will work with NSRP's IT Team, key users, external consultants to configure and set-up MES applications that will support NSRP's Business processes for CMMS, and RBI/RCM.
- This function will work with external consultants during the design phase but will then take responsibility for MES application support and assistance in training users.
- Will work in development team not limitation to the MES development task, but also for other development request from IT team.

For this position, minimum works are as follows:
- Participate in the detailed design of MES applications
- Participate in the definition of test scenarios.
- Participate in acceptance & integration testing.
- Assist in developing authorization profiles.
- Review technical documentation and user-training materials.
- Assist in the development of operational procedures for end-users.
- Assist in preparing master data.
- Prepare transactional data for data-conversion.
- Assist in start-up of applications & interfaces.
- Provide end-user support by analysing, troubleshooting and resolving issues related to MES applications and transactional data.
- Escalate unresolved issues to external Level 3 support and coordinate with L3 support personnel until resolution.
- Perform application related provisioning activities that include patching and deployment after running test scripts.
- Monitor applications for performance and other functional anomalies and perform remedy actions to recover.
- Keep technical documentation up-to-date
- Proactive in learning new technology, new development platform to responsible for organization development requirement.
