Mô tả công việc
Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
Assist in setting up new user accounts, email, and application access.
Monitor and maintain local area network (LAN), Wi-Fi, camera system and internet connectivity.
Assist in managing servers, storage, and backup systems.
Ensure antivirus, endpoint security, and patches are up to date.
Knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365
Basic understanding of firewalls, VPN
Maintain accurate inventory of IT assets, licenses, and warranties.
Keep updated documentation of IT configurations, procedures, and support logs.
Perform routine maintenance on computers, including system cleanup, removal of unnecessary
files/software, and optimization for performance.
Follow IT policies and security guidelines to safeguard company data.
Conduct training sessions to ensure end-users understand and comply with company IT policies and
procedures.
Assist in implementing security updates, access controls, and backup procedures.
Liaise with vendors and service providers for procurement and maintenance.
Other tasks assigned by direct manager.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology, or related field.
Minimum of 3 Years post graduate experience and preferably in a corporate environment.
Good understanding of networking and internetworking processes.§ Knowledge and hands-on experience with Autodesk products (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, BIM Collaborate Pro), ISO27001 and CCNA/MCSA certifications are an advantage.
Good communication, teamwork abilities and coordination skills.
Fluency in written and spoken English.
