The role & key responsibilities
As Program Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to support the ITS team with the implementation and launch of the Global Student Program to successfully coordinate, manage and efficiently deliver this program across RMIT Vietnam, in collaboration with our RMIT AU ITS project team. This will include daily tasks such as status reports, steering group presentations for various forums, financial and risk and issue management, schedules, and administrative support.
An essential element of your role you will ensure that you are well-versed in the Portfolio Office Delivery Framework and Governance processes. This will be achieved by working with the Project team and key roles within the structure to provide advice and guidance on supporting project delivery and process. As part of continuous improvement framework, you will be required to contribute to improvement ideas, call out gaps/inefficiencies, and propose improvement solutions.
