IT - Project Management

Your role & responsibilities
Customer and BU PM production requirements/issues data collection, feasibility analysis and solution proposal delivery
Based on project goals to come up with plans to meet those goals such as WBS.
Maintaining project timeframes, budgeting estimates and status reports.
Managing resources for projects, such as HW/SW list and required project members.
Coordinating project team members and developing schedules and individual responsibilities.
Implementing IT strategies that deliver projects on schedule and within budget.
Using project management tools to track project performance and schedule adherence.
IT manager's deputy.
Your skills & qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent.
At least 3 year of practical experience in IT/MES/Software PM and working experience in an international company with multilingual cluture.
Advanced computer skills and in-depth knowledge of networking system, infrastructure architecture design and MES system development requirement analysis, requirement specification compilation, and cordination with cross-functional teams to fulfill the project targets.
Project management and leadership skills for managing projects and the teams involved with them
Strong written and verbal communication skills to coordinate with team members and management and explain technical issues.
Analytical and problem-solving skills to handle any issues that occur during project completion.
Organization and time management skills to keep projects on track and within budget
Excellent resource planning and task scheduling skills
Good English writing and oral communication skills and strong willingness to learn new skills.
Good Chinese communication is a plus.
