To manage the bid qualification (bid go / no go) process for new opportunities
Make sure that all the clients' requirements and requests will receive the most comprehensive and appropriate answers and that Amaris will give itself the best chance to success.
The role includes the management of all aspects related to the RFP/RPQ process. The bid manager has a perfect knowledge and understanding of the clients' requirements. He/she knows best the way that the Amaris' organization and resources can deliver them. He will work closely with technical teams and variety of stakeholders (sales, product teams, finance, commercial, legal and delivery) to fulfill this objective.
Compile, edit, and proof read commercial proposals
Manage the bid budget
Risk tracking and management throughout the bid process
Ensure that the business proposals are submitted to the existing or potential clients in due time
This role is definitely critical to ensure sustainable relationships with existing clients and business development with prospects. The bid manager is a key asset that will play a major role in always pursuing Service Excellence to be delivered to the clients.
Yêu cầu
The candidate will demonstrate a proven track record of at least 5 years in the Consulting industry, ideally within a competitor, including 2/3 years of successful experience as a Bid Manager in providing IT & Digital services/solutions.
Very consistent knowledge of RFP/RFQ processes.
Must be an excellent communicator.
Significant international experience, ideally in Asia (educational or professional), will be a strong asset for this role.
