Mô tả công việc
- Lead SAP S4HANA Global Rollout implementation in Vietnam: Develop project plans, milestones, and delivery standards, ensuring alignment with global implementation frameworks while adapting to local business needs in Vietnam;
- Defines project resource and skill set requirements: Identifies roles and responsibilities of the project team and training requirements where necessary. Assigns and coordinates team activities and motivates team to effectively achieve project goals and objectives.
- Communicates project plans and status to appropriate parties.
- Monitors project metrics for significant deviations in quality, cost and schedule. Controls the project through change, risk and issue management. Facilitates issue identification, assigns owners and ensures resolution of all issues.
- Ensures assigned project work products meet appropriate quality standards: Ensures that Project Management Health Check-ups are planned and executed for the project and its deliverables.
- Resource & risk management: Oversee project resources (human, budget, tools), identify potential risks, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project timelines and quality
- Project delivery & review: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), report progress to the Global/Regional Core team regularly, and lead project acceptance and post-implementation optimization.
Yêu cầu
- Educational background: Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Management, Business Administration, or related fields. 5+ years of SAP project management experience, with at least 1 full-cycle SAP S4HANA implementation project leadership;
- SAP expertise: Proficient in core SAP S4HANA modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD), familiar with implementation methodologies (e.g., SAP Activate). SAP-related certifications (e.g., SAP PMP) are preferred;
- Language skills: Native or fluent in Vietnamese (for effective communication with local teams), fluent in English (written/spoken, for global collaboration). Chinese is a plus;
- Project management skills: PMP certified or equivalent experience. Strong cross-cultural teamwork ability, adaptable to the processes and pace of multinational corporations;
- Local business understanding: Knowledge of Vietnam's business environment, financial regulations, and industry processes (e.g., manufacturing/retail) is preferred;
- Soft skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and stress management abilities. Excellent in driving cross-departmental consensus, with outstanding documentation and presentation skills.
