[Job Description]
Our company operates in the onsite and outsourcing business for IT engineers in both the Japanese and Vietnamese markets.
To expand our business, we are looking for experienced professionals in onsite IT engineer services.

事業拡大のため、ITエンジニアのオンサイトビジネスの経験者を募集します。
[Responsibilities]
・Develop new business and maintain relationships with existing clients in Vietnam's software and IT industry.
・Understand clients' staffing needs and propose suitable IT engineers.
・Plan, recruit, and manage the deployment of IT engineers.
・Negotiate contracts, prepare quotations and proposals, and finalize agreements.
・Manage the team (for managerial positions).
・Set and manage KPIs, and achieve sales targets.
・Research IT industry trends and develop business strategies.

クライアントの人材ニーズをヒアリングし、最適なエンジニアを提案
エンジニアの採用・配置計画の策定およびフォローアップ
契約交渉、見積書・提案書の作成、契約締結
チームのマネジメント(マネージャーポジションの場合)
KPIの設定・管理、売上目標の達成
IT業界の市場動向のリサーチおよび戦略策定
