JOB SUMMARY: IT Senior Application Analyst is the key member to make the implementation of the TTi Vietnam for Enterprise Application Product.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Solution Design
- Work with business users to understand their needs and recommend suitable system solutions.
- Design application solutions and support the integration between different systems.
Project Delivery
- Collaborate with users to define business requirements, prepare test scenarios, and ensure solutions work as expected.
- Prepare project-related documents and support project implementation from planning to go-live.
- Help ensure projects are delivered on time and meet business needs.
System & Data Management
- Ensure systems and data follow company standards and requirements.
- Support the integration between ERP and other business applications to maintain accurate and consistent data.
- Work with IT teams to improve business processes and system workflows.
Collaboration & Improvement
- Act as the main contact between business users and IT teams to ensure smooth communication and project delivery.
- Identify opportunities to improve applications, processes, and user experience.
Yêu cầu
1. Education: Degree in IT or related discipline required.
2. Experience:
- Over 3 years of IT experience in supporting applications, especially experience in cross functional implementation.
- Minimum 2 years of system technical working experience Oracle EBS/ Oracle Fusion
3. Knowledge:
- Have working experience of enterprise applications including ERP / Supply Chain / systems integration
- Minimum 3 years of system technical working experience Oracle EBS/ Oracle Fusion.
4. Functional Skills: Strong hands on experience with functions, procedures, triggers, package and performance tuning
