- Troubleshooting issues
- Managing help desk partner and ticketing systems
- Act as the 1st escalation point to all support calls / service requests
- Coordinating with the service desk to identify and mitigate root cause issues pertaining to the IT infrastructure and systems
- Developing a disaster recovery and risk mitigation plan
- Working with external partners, auditors and consultants on risk management and regulatory compliance projects
- Assist top management in making decisions that will improve service delivery and customer satisfaction
- Integrate useful customers' suggestions into delivery plans and policies
- Communicate with all parties involved in the service delivery process
- Work together with team members to develop service agreements and supports that will assist in service delivery
- Suggest appropriate technologies to be adopted so as to meet present and future demands of the business.
Job Requirements
Qualifications
- University Diploma in Computer Science, Information Management or equivalent
- English certificate level C or equivalent
Knowledge and skill
- At least 2 year of Services Delivery and/or Infrastructure, Cloud Services.
- Experience with system installation, configuration, and analysis
- Thorough knowledge of networks and cloud computing
- Knowledge of data protection operations and legislation
- Leadership and organizational skills
- Having good knowledge on Finance/Insurance domain
- Having good communication and maintenance relationships with partners, customers
- Good communication (both verbal and writing) skills
