Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and results-driven IT Solution Sales Executive to drive business growth for enterprise software and IT solutions including MES, WMS, SAP, and Offshore Development Services.
This role is ideal for candidates with strong B2B consultative sales experience who enjoy working with enterprise clients in manufacturing, logistics, and retail industries.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through outbound sales activities and networking
• Manage inbound leads, conduct consultations, and convert opportunities into successful deals
• Present and propose enterprise IT solutions including MES, WMS, SAP, and ODC services
• Build strong relationships with enterprise clients and strategic partners
• Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to customer needs
• Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to provide suitable solutions
• Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities in digital transformation initiatives
Yêu cầu
Must-have Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B IT Sales or Solution Sales
• Proven experience selling enterprise software or IT solutions
• Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills
• Experience managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
• Good understanding of software solutions and IT infrastructure
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Professional working proficiency in English or Vietnamese
Nice-to-have Requirements
• Experience with MES, WMS, ERP, or SAP solutions
• Existing network in manufacturing, logistics, or retail sectors
• Technical background in IT or
software engineering
• Knowledge of AI, Cloud Computing, or GPU infrastructure
