IT Specialist (Chinese Speaking)

Job description
Responsible for implementing and expanding WMS/TMS/OMS related systems.
Assess and analyze business processes to identify opportunities for digitalization and automation.
Design and implement automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI), Microsoft 365, and Azure.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and technology partners to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
Support AI, AI Agent, and automation initiatives across logistics operations.
Train users, prepare user guides, and provide system support when required.
Monitor system performance and continuously improve digital solutions and business processes.
Your skills and experience
Graduated in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related majors.
3-5 years of working experience in Digital Transformation, IT Projects, Automation, or Business Applications.
Experience in WMS/TMS/OMS implementation.
Knowledge of Power Platform, Microsoft 365, Azure, API, SQL, Java, NodeJS, or Python.
Experience in Logistics or Supply Chain industry will be an advantage.
Language: Mandarin Chinese (HSK 4/5 or above), English communication.
Personality: Proactive, problem-solving mindset, teamwork, and project coordination skills.
