Mô tả công việc
Cooperating with regional IT team to implement new solutions for the local business required
Responsible for ensuring delivery of IT services, equipment and provide day- to- day support to end- users (laptop, PC, devices, printers, ESL,...)
Managing & Maintaining IT equipment, IT systems to ensure they always function well as expected.
On- calling the Support_Call_Center 24/7 to resolve the incidents related to IT equipment & IT system
Cooperating with stakeholders to implement & operate IT infra projects for both Office and Stores
Yêu cầu
IT Background with at least 2 years working experience in IT with experience in IT Support/Helpdesk (Network/System position is a plus).
Network: experienced in configuration of Mikrotik, Pfsense, Unifi, Cisco (Strong knowledge of systems CCNA MCSA/CCNP is a plus)
Systems: experienced in virtualization tools: HyperV, VMWare,...
Others: Good knowledge of Windows, MacOS, iOS, Android (Linux is a plus). Having experience in IT project for infrastructure/network solutions is added advantage.
Ability to work multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction and eager to learn new thing
Solid stakeholder management skill (both internal and external), demonstrated ability to work quickly, coordinate multiple work streams, and prioritize under deadlines among competing priorities
Proficient in English
