HarveyNash client - a Japanese manufacturer of power tools is looking for IT Supervisor in Binh Duong, taking these responsibilities:
Setup and organize the IT environment, including infrastructures, equipment and software solutions of the Vietnam offices
Provide day to day administration and settings on networks, server infrastructure, firewall & security setting, server access & admin, email a/c management
Provide IT support for all Vietnam offices in all hardware and software issues
Managing and tracking lS/IT resources and inventory including hardware and software and maintaining software licenses
Support the day-to-day work of the company applications by own users and external partners
Provide user training of the company applications to various offices in Vietnam
Manage the rollout of the company applications to the offices and external partners in Vietnam
Coordinate with group IT teams and external vendors on services delivery, administrative support and installation
Liaising with external vendors and suppliers on IT-related equipment provision
Yêu cầu
Degree or diploma in computer science or related subjects, with preferably, MS certificates
At least 3 year experience in IT administration, preferably in a multi-national environment
Good working knowledge in Windows servers, PC, desktop applications, TCP/IP, network and internet technology
Good communication skills in English language
Good communication skills and customer focus
Good interpersonal skills, positive attitude, enthusiastic, team player and proactive
Ability in problem-solving and working under pressure
