ABOUT THE ROLE

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide desktop/laptop/meeting support
- Install and fix applications/software following company policy
- Perform daily checklist tasks assigned by company supervisor (antivirus updates, backup-restore jobs, meeting room review)
- Request and monitor purchases of computers/software/IT spare parts following company policy
- Maintain user accounts and access (AD/Email/O365/SharePoint)
- Maintain software licenses (AutoCAD, Photoshop, Visio, MS Project and other subscription licenses) and IT hardware list (laptop/desktop/LCD/meeting room facilities)
- Support video conferences as arranged by company supervisor
- Update knowledge base in IT ticket system
- Work with vendors to troubleshoot application issues (Protel/POS/CheckSCM) and maintain IT infrastructure (WiFi/IPTV/telephone/access door)
- Review and update SOPs for all related tasks
- Prepare weekly report on support team performance
Yêu cầu
- College degree or higher
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Acceptable level of communicative English
- Over 25 years old
