Mô tả công việc
* Network system:
- Mainly responsible for monitoring and providing solutions to fix network issue.
- Responsibilities for implementing new network system, upgrading old network system (design, proposal, solutions and presentation) (LAN, WAN)
* Other system (Domain/File server/SCCM/Virus system ... etc):
- Responsible for support main PIC in monitoring providing solutions to system issue.
- Responsible for implementing new system, upgrading old system (design, proposal, solutions and presentation)
* End users support:
- Answer incoming calls/emails and provide support for end users.
- Daily investigate and troubleshoot issues (remote/onsite) of OS/Application, HW, Infrastructure and Network for end users.
*Other:
- Make/maintenance operation/trouble/proposal document which company requirement.
Yêu cầu
* Education level:
- Bachelor's or University's Degree in IT and/or Telecommunications.
- Have CCNA/MCSA (CCNP/ MCSE/ ITIL is an advantage)
- Basic English skills in both speaking and writing
* Working experience:
- Have experience (at least 1 year) in Network Engineer/ Network Administrator.
- Experience with network diagnostic, monitoring and analysis tool.
- Have experience in Domain/ Virus/ SCCM system is an advantage.
- Have experience in working with Firewall Fortinet FortiGate is an advantage.
- Have experience in working with VMWare Center, VMWare Exsi is an advantage.
* Job skills:
- Install and configure network/ Windows equipment (Linux is an advantage)
- Co-operate with vendors to fix network troubles, implement new network system...
* Soft skills:
- Hardworking and willing to learn new things.
- Have problem-solving skill.
- Have the ability to work independently as well as part of the team.
- Flexible working time: can work in over time/ at weekend/ on holidays
