Mô tả công việc
- Hardware configuration and installation (PCs, printers, servers, network- and phone devices);
- Hardware break and fix for all standard and site-specific hardware of ADG;
- Software break and fix for all standard and site-specific software of ADG;
- Hardware upgrade;
- On-site and remote installation of software;
- Configuration of network devices;
- Contact and handle network problems with network providers;
- Contact to central IT for any IT-issues related to ADG global IT (changes of standards, escalations, specific IT project related issues).
Yêu cầu
- Education in IT area or other relevant technical fields/ specialization;
- Win 10 knowledge (features, specifics, installation parameters);
- Basic knowledge about software installation, user groups and typical hardware interfaces;
- Basic network knowledge (IP addresses, name servers, domains);
- Open minded person, willing to learn new technologies or to improve knowledge, have initiative, result and quality oriented, self-determination;
