Job Scope / Position Summary:
- Design, install, upgrade, configure, and repair local and wide area network hardware and infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot software and hardware system issues
- Perform and maintain backups of all network data
- Install and test computers and related network hardware in a networked environment.
- Install and test approved software and software upgrades in a networked environment.
- Maintain system security
- Create and maintain documentation as necessary
- Develop and coordinate network replacement plan.
- Desk support for end-users & records of assistance provided.
- PC/Printer/Fax/Software maintenance, update and installation
- Other duties as assigned.
Yêu cầu
Qualification and Experience Requirement:
- University or College graduate in Computer Hardwar or IT related.
- Possessing one or more of the following types of certificates: CCNA, MCSA or better CCNP, MCSE.
- At least 3 years of experience in the Information Technology field.
Skills:
- Fluent English or Good French is required (read - written - spoken)
- Strong interpersonal skills and able to interact with all levels of employees professionally.
- Strict adherence to company policies and confidentiality.
- Strong in technical report writing and documentation (English or French).
Perfect knowledge of:
- Network infrastructure and security (configuration and management)
- Cisco products (configuration and management)
- Operating System: Windows 10, Windows Server 2012r2/2016, Linux server (Ubuntu, CentOS)
- Virtualisation: VMWare 6.5 and Vsan. Proxmox would be a plus
- Servers: Active Directory, MySQL, Apache/Ngnix
- Script: Bash, Powershell, Salt/Ansible
- Monitoring: Zabbix/PRTG/Grafana
- OS deployment : WDS and Fog server
- Programming : PHP, Python
- SSO : CAS, Saml, Kerebos
- Cloud : AZUR, AWS
