Japanese Account Sales Executive

1. Japanese Account sales supporting/consulting:
- Play a main role as salesman to support and consult to Distributors Direct Sales team in both HCM and Hanoi area
- Get involve Global Major Account, especial Japanese account to fulfill customer requirement as well as following direction of Region GSD (Global Service Department)
- Work out closely with CMV Marketing/Product/ Solution/ME team to fix all customer demand or issue themselves
2. Customer management:
- Work out closely with distributor sales to manage well existing customer by frequently visiting
- Communicate with distributor sales to generate sales lead by listing/sorting out new customer database as well as proposing good plan to approach and create demand
3. Communication:
- Daily work out with distributor team to make phone call or make appointment customer
- Weekly update/report to management for funnel management/sales progress
- Monthly meeting with HOD and team to report all sales activities
- Frequently work out regional team to fulfill customer requirement
4. Business Development: looking for potential niche market to upsell & cross sell
5. Product focusing:
- Copier & solution itself: 80%
- Other B2B product: printer, projector, network camera, large format printer, production printer : 15%
- Other B2C product: 5%
6. Others:
- Coordinate with Office Imaging Product team (OIP) to prepare all reports following job requirement or HOD requested
- Other duties will be assigned by OIP HOD
